1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. Who can enter
To nominate a teacher, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Eligible teachers are Greater Austin-area teachers, including teachers in Austin, Buda, Kyle, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Del Valle, and nearby communities.
Anyone may submit a nomination.
Employees of Z Realty LLC and their immediate family members may not win the prize.
4. Entry period
Nominations open on July 18, 2026 and close on August 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Nominations submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
5. How to enter
Fill out the nomination form on this website with your name and email address, the teacher’s name, and their school.
You may nominate more than one teacher, but you may only nominate the same teacher once. One nomination per person, per teacher.
Duplicate entries, entries submitted by automated means, and entries that attempt to work around the one-per-person limit are void.
6. How the winner is chosen
There are two stages.
Stage one — nominations. Through August 5, 2026, anyone may nominate an eligible teacher. Nominations decide which teachers appear on the ballot. Nominations do not decide the winner, and the number of nominations a teacher receives does not affect their chance of winning.
Stage two — the public vote. After nominations close, every nominated teacher is placed on a public ballot and the community votes. The teacher with the most votes wins. One vote per person, verified by email address.
Voting opens on August 6, 2026 and closes on August 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
If two or more teachers tie for the most votes, the tied teacher with the most nominations wins.
7. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a digital $250 gift card.
The prize is not transferable and there is no cash substitution. The winner is responsible for any taxes that apply.
8. Winner notification
The winning teacher will be contacted using the information provided in their nomination, and the person who nominated them will be notified by email at the address they entered with.
The winner has five (5) days to respond to claim the prize. If we do not hear back within five days, another winner may be selected.
A mailing address may be requested for delivery confirmation even though the gift card is digital.
9. Your privacy
We will be honest about this: this contest is a way for Z Realty to meet people in the community. When you enter, your name and email address are added to Z Realty’s contact list, and Genesis may follow up with you by email about Z Realty news, events, and real estate services.
You can stop those emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" in the subject line of any email we send you.
We do not sell your information. If you gave us permission on the form, we may publicly share what you wrote about your teacher to celebrate them. Teacher photos may be added during the voting phase. If you did not check that box, your note stays private.
